The ICMI Women of Impact Award honors an exceptional woman leader who is driving measurable business results while elevating the people and profession around her. 

Presented annually at the Women in Leadership Breakfast during ICMI Contact Center Expo, this award celebrates women who are shaping the future of customer experience and workforce strategy. 

We are seeking nominees who: 

  • Deliver measurable impact within their organization 
  • Champion innovation in technology, operations, or workforce strategy 
  • Foster inclusive, people-first cultures 
  • Invest in mentoring and developing future leaders 
  • Influence the industry beyond their title

Finalists will be recognized publicly leading up to ICMI Contact Center Expo, and one honoree will be announced live during the Women in Leadership Breakfast.
